At HRBC we take the first part of our Sunday morning gatherings, from 9:45 to 10:45 am, to meet in smaller groups so that we can dive deeper into the Word of God together with our peer groups. Children, students and adults have their own curriculum that helps them understand the truth about Jesus and His lessons from scripture. It can be a great place to build friendships and community as we grow in knowledge and faith together.

Sunday School – From 9:45 to 11 am

Children’s Department Sunday School – located in the Educational Building, Children’s wing. This is a secure building with age-appropriate classes for Newborn’s through 12th grade.  Each teacher has an adult helper and each children’s worker has undergone a background check.

Children’s Church – From 11 am to 12 pm

Children’s Church meets in the Children’s wing of the Educational Building which is secured. It is for three years old through 2nd grade. We have Bible story time with memory verse, snacks and playtime. The teacher, Tami Carter, is supported by an adult helper and all workers have been through a background check.

Infants – Newborn to two years old

Preschool – Two years old to K5

Children have a Bible story time, craft time and playtime.

Shan Dye is the Preschool/Nursery Director.

Children – Elementary School

Bible lessons are taught following scripture and how it applies to their everyday life. They memorize Bible verses and learn the books of the Bible and where to find them in the Bible.

Peggy-Jo Boyles is the Children’s Ministry Director.

Students – 6th-12th grade

The students use the Explore the Bible for Students curriculum and are taught by a married couple – David & Tami Carter.
